Shelter in the field for the BroilersWe raise 'broilers' (meat chickens) on pasture from May through October. Instead of being raised indoors in "broiler houses", our chickens are raised in small batches out of doors. UpThe Creek Farm chickens have access to sunshine, bugs, and fresh air. Their pasture diet is supplemented with locally-raised grains, milled locally using a custom recipe.
Like all of our livestock, our broilers receive  no growth hormones, antibiotics, or appetite stimulants.
