beef on pasture eliminates
the environmental
problems associated
with feedlot beef.
Feedlot beef has
manure disposal problems
and consumes large
amounts of fuel being
trucked to and from
the feedlot.
Grass
finished
beef are
raised
on our
pastures
which receive
no synthetic
fertilizer
or herbicides.
Our cattle
receive
no antibiotics
or growth
hormones.
They
are USDA
inspected,
vacuum
packed
and frozen.

Grass finished beef is lower in fat than traditional grain finished beef. It is also higher in conjugated linolic acid which has been shown to reduce arterial clogging in mice. Omega 3 fatty acids ae also more abundant in grass finished beef. Omega 3 fatty acids are the same "Good Fats" found in salmon and walnuts. |
